This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between G-TRANSFORMATION FITNESS (“Company”, “We”, “Our”) and any User ("You" or "Your") of Company’s Online Course.

BY USING ANY PORTION OF COMPANY’S Course, YOU ARE SIGNIFYING YOUR ASSENT TO THIS AGREEMENT.

You agree as follows:

 

Payment, Cancellation and Refunds: 

 

Payment is required before beginning the program. Once purchased, your program is non- refundable. This applies to down payments, payment plans and programs paid in full. Failure to make payment(s) will result in the immediate suspension OR termination of these services including removal from the membership site and Facebook support group. You agree to pay the amount agreed and not to cancel this transaction with your bank or Credit Card Company 

 

 

Payment in full must be received or access to this program will be revoked. Additionally, in the event payment is not received on its due date, you may be removed from and/or lose access to any membership-only online groups or modules, at your Coach’s discretion. Non-payment may lead to further administrative actions taken by G-Transformation Academy. By checking this box, you are responsible for the full amount of the coaching package as set forth by GTF.

 

If you do not participate in your program and/or utilize all program materials, you are doing so at your own choice and understand that NO full or partial refunds will be given or returned.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, MULTIPLE, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED AND, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR UNDER ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER OR NOT THE PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE; AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE FEES PAID UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR UNDER ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
