ABOUT THE FOUNDER
My name is Eve Guzman.
And before I ever built a coaching business, I was a medical laboratory scientist.
I spent over a decade working inside high-complexity labs in clinical pathology and genetic toxicology.
But outside the lab, I was living the same struggle many women face.
I had spent years dieting aggressively, chasing weight loss through restriction and discipline. I lost over 150 pounds naturally, but the process taught me something the industry rarely talks about.
Fat loss isn’t just about knowing what to eat.
It’s about understanding how the body adapts, how metabolism responds, and how to guide people through the phases when progress slows.
People began asking me for help, and what started as side coaching quickly grew into something bigger.
I realized there was a massive gap in the industry.
Many coaches wanted to help people with nutrition, but most certifications only skimmed the surface. Coaches were being taught theory, not how to make real decisions with real clients.
So I built the certification I wish had existed when I started.
