About me: 

 I have a BA in Sports Management and an MBA in Applied Management. I played football for most of my life, I was a Defensive Lineman in college, afterwards I played professional football in the UIFL and NIFL. That being said I have been a "big guy" for the majority of my life. During my football career I averaged a playing weight that ranged from 295LBS-305LBS. After hanging up the cleats I continued to engage in bad eating habits. One year later I found myself weighing in at 386LBS. 

 After playing around with the idea of having weightloss surgery, I decided I wanted to transform my body and overall health on my own. I tried many dieting fads that were unsuccessful. In January of 2014 I decided to become really dedicated to a healthy lifestyle,I vowed to myself to lose at least 100LBS. Sixteen months later I had accomplished this feat through macro counting, weight lifting and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Today, I am motivated more than ever to continue this healthy lifestyle and get into the best shape of my life while helping others do the same. I lost a total of 125 pounds. I am also a certified personal trainer and macro coach.
