I built this because I needed it.
Before I built a coaching business, I was a medical laboratory scientist. I lost over 150 pounds naturally through macros and then people started asking me how.
What I quickly realized was that wanting to help people and knowing how to coach them are two completely different things. The certifications I had gave me information but not judgment. Theory without application.
