Yes, this program has been approved by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Athletics,International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). We are an approved provider of these associations. On completion of this course you will receive a certificate that is recognized by these associations along with CEUS(continuing education units).

Upon successful certification, your certification will be valid for 2 years, after which you can keep up your credential by doing CEUs.

This course is a blend of business mentorship, group coaching and a certificate program. The curriculum is 50% of our business building concepts and 50% client programming, macros, coaching roadblocks, etc.

The registration begins summer 2024 open to a limited number of coaches. Registration will continue until spots sell out.

To clarify: You DO NOT need to currently be a coach - we will teach you how to start a coaching business and how to show up on social media for your business.

You do not need a prior certification

The course Includes Macro Basics for New Coaches, business setup + client management systems + biz templates and business mentorship. You do not need business experience!

This course is best for those interested in eventually coaching and helping others track their macros.

Macro Mentorship Group Coaching Includes:

• Group coaching calls led by Eve each month
• In-Office Coaching Hours
• 4 Months: Private FB support group for daily business and macro questions
• Macro Mentorship portal with course modules and business templates
• Macro Nutrition Coaching Certification

The Fb support group are high -touch contact with Eve and the team.

We will be moving towards self-paced model where I will provide live support sessions each month and the modules will be delivered as pre-recorded lesson. 

After completing the 3 required modules, you'll have the opportunity to sit for a final exam:

• Macro Nutrition 1

• Macro Nutrition Coaching Part II

  Macro Nutrition Coaching Part III

  The exam will test you on all things covered in the course, and it's required to receive your certificate. You can sit for it anytime within 12 months of completing the course, but I'd recommend sooner rather than later so you can get it done and start coaching. The exam consists of 7 case studies, "open book".

Absolutely. Something a lot of people don’t think about is that a larger online following and platform actually helps your in-person business. You’ll be pulled for more expert sourcing and have the opportunity to run online programs (for distance clients) at the same time you are launching your in-person programs. They work very well together. Bottom line- we are helping you to become a better coach both online and off. If you are interested in leaving your business and moving online 100%, this program will help you do that.  

No! That’s the beauty of an online business and online coaching! My clients are located all over the world.

This is a tricky question because the actual time that I need you to spend on the monthly curriculum is approx 2 hours per week (give or take) on the lessons, monthly group calls and interacting on our closed group page.  

BUT, the amount of time that you will (or can) put into your own business is unlimited! I recommend a minimum of 30 minutes a day for content creation and program development. But the truth is: the more you do, the more results you will get in terms of your own business outcomes. You get out of it what you put in.

The certification assessment needs be completed within 12 months of enrollment. 

You will need a social media platform and computer. It is doable but a lil bit harder from an iPad or phone. I do recommend setting up a simple website or registering for leadpages.net, starting an email list using a service like Mailchimp.com  for marketing purposes and scalability. Most of my clients do not purchase their first website until 6-12 months into coaching. Wix is low cost option that I used for the first four years of my business for about $200 per year. During the program, I will recommend other affordable apps and platforms to use.  

Macro Mentorship is not a private 1:1 coaching program, but a high-level group coaching program. You’ll receive high-touch support inside the Macro Mentorship Facebook group from Eve and the co-coaches + from past program graduates as we support each other.  You’ll have access to ask questions of me in this group. Our clients have been extremely successful in the past with our group coaching setting since it includes high contact with Eve.

We are extremely hands on.

Like with anything, there is never a guarantee. As your coach I am committed to making sure you are successful, and will do everything in my power to make it so.

We do hold our students to a high standard, and this this why past students have been so successful. This program is only as good as the results we help you get, so we don't see it as a pass/fail scenario because we continually work to make you the best macro coach possible.

As a certified Macro Nutrition coach, G-Transformation Fitness will not directly provide clients.It'll be your job to do the marketing and program building to sell yourself.

We do cover coaching launching and scaling in our business marketing sections to help you build your clientele and teach you how to create offers, with deliverables, and give individual help on pricing.

The nutrition coaching rates range from $250-$500/month, and even higher with niched clientele and high demand. You can make your investment back by securing a couple clients each month at these rates. We help with pricing & structure in our course.
